Meet Our CEO

Candace

Candice Shepard

I am passionate about helping families plan for the future, in part because of a very special case that landed in my lap when I was first starting out as an attorney. I was serving as a guardian ad litem and was appointed to represent a 2-year-old boy who was sent into the foster care system after both of his parents died very suddenly. Because these parents had no will  and no plans for guardianship in place, they left their child in the hands of the government, instead of in the loving arms of a friend or family member.

Now, with children of my own, I am passionate about serving other parents in their quests to care for their own family, through a real estate transaction, and adoption, or an estate issue.
